SLP Summit

Desiree Rusch-Winterbottom, M.A. CCC-SLP received her education from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Stockton University. She has worked with the pediatric population for over 18 years in both private practice and school settings. Desiree is currently a speech-language pathologist working in the Hamilton City School District in southwest Ohio, where she works with preschool through sixth grade students with a wide range of abilities.  Desiree received the distinction of Educator of the Year from her colleagues in 2015. Desiree blogs at www.slptalkwithdesiree.com and is energized by the creativity that the field of speech-language pathology inspires.  Her three children keep her busy, humble and motivated to treat each student as if they were her own.
